Mauritius DPA”) and, where applicable, we also apply internationally recognized privacy standards (including the EU/UK GDPR for individuals located in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom).

2. Definitions“Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

- transaction identifiers and confirmations;
- payer information provided by the payment provider (e.g., name, email, country) and invoice-related details as applicable.

- protect the rights, property, and safety of Osirios, our users, and the public;

Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service communications (e.g., billing notices, security alerts, and important updates).
14. ChildrenThe Service is not intended for individuals under
