Policy”) describes the rules that apply to cancellations and refunds for
Kron Cutting, a subscription-based software-as-a-service (“
SaaS”) product operated by
Osirios Limited (Mauritius) (“
Osirios”, “
we”, “
us”, or “
our”). This Policy forms part of our
Terms of Service and should be read together with them.

digital SaaS service delivered electronically. Access is provided on a
subscription basis (monthly or yearly), and no physical goods are shipped.
3) Billing, Renewals, and Payments
- Subscription billing: You will be charged in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed securely by 2Checkout (Verifone) (the “Payment Provider”).
- Taxes: Where applicable, taxes (such as VAT/sales tax) may be collected and shown at checkout, depending on your location and Payment Provider settings.
4) Cancellation Policy- How to cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings within the Service (“Account”).
- When cancellation takes effect: Unless you receive a refund for the current billing period (see Section 5), cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
- No partial-period cancellation: Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse or partially cancel charges already incurred, except as described in this Policy or required by law.
- Responsibility to cancel: You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew.
5) Refund Policy (Core Rules)We provide a limited refund policy as described below. Refund eligibility may vary depending on your location and mandatory consumer protection laws (see Section 8).
5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment)- If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge.
- This guarantee applies only to the initial payment for a subscription plan (monthly or yearly) made for the first time on your account.
5.2 Pro-Rata Refunds (Unused Time)- Where a refund is approved under this Policy, we may provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the paid subscription period, calculated from the date the refund request is approved (or another date we determine reasonably in line with the circumstances and applicable law).
- If a pro-rata refund is granted, your access to the Service for that refunded period may be reduced or terminated accordingly.
5.3 Renewals- Charges for renewals (automatic or manual) are generally non-refundable, except:
- where required by applicable law; or
- where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a refund is appropriate (e.g., duplicate charge, clear billing error, unauthorized transaction confirmed by the Payment Provider).
6) Non-Refundable Situations (Unless Required by Law)Refunds are generally
not provided in the following situations, except where mandatory law requires otherwise:
- Failure to cancel on time: You forgot to cancel before renewal.
- Non-use of the Service: You did not use the Service during the paid period.
- Change of mind: You no longer need the Service after purchase (outside the 30-day first-payment guarantee, if applicable).
- Service changes: Changes to features, pricing (prospectively), UI/UX, or product roadmap, provided the Service remains materially available as a SaaS offering.
- Account issues caused by user: Loss of access due to your failure to maintain account security, credentials, or configuration, except where caused by our breach.
This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7) How to Request a RefundTo request a refund, contact
support@kroncutting.com and include:
- the email address associated with your Account;
- the plan name and billing period (monthly/yearly);
- the date and amount of the charge (or invoice/transaction ID if available);
- a brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request and investigate billing details (including transaction identifiers issued by the Payment Provider).
8) Processing of Refunds (Payment Provider)- Refunds are processed via the Payment Provider: Approved refunds are issued through 2Checkout (Verifone) and returned to the original payment method where possible.
- Timing: Processing times depend on the Payment Provider and your bank/card issuer. We do not control the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement after the Payment Provider has issued it.
- Fees and currency: Refunds may be subject to Payment Provider rules, currency conversion effects, and bank/card issuer policies. Any differences caused by exchange rates or third-party fees are not controlled by us.
9) Effect of a RefundIf a refund is granted:
- we may terminate or limit your access to the Service for the refunded period; and/or
- we may downgrade your subscription to a free plan (if available) or disable paid features.
If you receive a full refund for the current billing period, your access may end immediately (or as soon as technically feasible).
10) Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks- Abuse prevention: We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith (for example, repeated refund requests after extensive use), subject to applicable law.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your access while the dispute is resolved and may require you to contact support to restore access. Chargebacks are handled under the Payment Provider’s processes and your card issuer’s rules.
11) Mandatory Consumer RightsNothing in this Policy limits any
mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Where the law provides a non-excludable right to a refund (for example, where the Service is not supplied as agreed or is materially defective), we will comply with those legal requirements.
12) Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
