Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which KRON Cutting (“KRON”, “we”, “us”, “our”), provided by Osirios Limited, offers refunds to users (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) of the KRON Cutting SaaS platform, accessible via https://app.kroncutting.com (the “Platform”).
This Refund Policy applies equally to both corporate and individual clients. By subscribing to our services, all customers agree to the Terms & Conditions, which include the refund and cancellation rules stated here.
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Electronic communications, records and signatures are recognised under the Electronic Transactions Act 2000; accordingly, requests and approvals under this Policy may be made electronically. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non‑excludable statutory rights available under Mauritian law, including, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act 1991 and the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act 1998.

1. 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
1.1. All new Customers are entitled to a full refund of their initial subscription payment if a written request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the initial purchase (the “Money‑Back Guarantee Period”).
1.2. The refund under this section will be processed without requirement to state reasons, provided that the request is submitted within the Money‑Back Guarantee Period.

2. Pro‑Rata Refunds for Unused Service
2.1. If the Customer cancels a prepaid subscription (monthly, annual, or otherwise) after the expiration of the Money‑Back Guarantee Period but prior to the conclusion of the relevant billing period, the Customer may request a pro‑rata refund for the unused portion of the prepaid subscription period.
2.2. Pro‑rata refunds shall be calculated based on the number of unused days (or months) remaining in the paid subscription period.

3. Automatic Renewal and Refunds for Renewals
3.1. All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled by the Customer prior to the renewal date.
3.2. If a subscription is renewed and the Customer has not accessed or used the Platform during the new billing cycle, the Customer may request a full refund of the renewal fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of renewal.

4. Refunds Due to Service Disruption or Technical Issues
4.1. In the event of a technical malfunction, system unavailability, or other service‑related failures not caused by the Customer, which prevent substantial use of the Platform for a period exceeding five (5) business days, and where such issues are not resolved by KRON after written notice from the Customer, the Customer shall be entitled to a full or partial refund, at KRON’s reasonable discretion.

5. Refunds Due to Misrepresentation or Incorrect Billing
5.1. If the Customer demonstrates that they were materially misled by information provided by KRON, or if the Customer is billed incorrectly (including duplicate charges or misapplied prices), the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the affected payment(s), subject to verification by KRON.

6. Refund Request Procedure
6.1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kroncutting.com or via the designated support form within the Customer’s account.
6.2. Requests must include Customer identification, payment details, and (if applicable) a description of the circumstances supporting the refund claim.
6.3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days of approval.

7. Abuse, Fraud, and Exceptions
7.1. KRON reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy (including, but not limited to, repeated sign‑ups and cancellations), breach of the Terms & Conditions, or violation of applicable law.
7.2. Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, all fees and charges are non‑refundable.

8. Statutory Rights
8.1. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights available to consumers under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Where applicable, such rights apply in addition to, and not in substitution for, the contractual rights set out in this Policy.
