Prices are per month, excluding tax, in USD. Annual billing normally charges about ten months for twelve; while the Launch Price runs it is not applied on top, so the two cycles cost the same per month. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Yes, and it does not expire. Free covers one seat, five cutting runs a month and up to 30 parts per run, with manual part entry, the standards catalogue, custom profiles, cut-angle handling, and drawings and cutting lists exported to PDF and Excel.
50% off every paid plan — Small Workshop, Pro and Factory — on both monthly and annual billing, for the KRON 2.0 release (announced in August as the Founder Price — the same offer under its earlier name). It runs until 1 November 2026. Subscribe while it is running and you keep that rate for as long as the subscription stays active; if the subscription lapses, a new one is priced at the rate current then.
Ordinarily, annual billing charges ten months for twelve — roughly 17%, or two months free. While the Launch Price runs it is different: the launch rate replaces the annual reduction rather than stacking with it, so monthly and annual billing cost the same per month until 1 November 2026. Annual still means one payment instead of twelve.
Yes. Plans can be changed from your account at any time. Note that if the number of employee accounts exceeds what your plan allows, access is restricted for all employees until the count is back within the limit — so reduce seats before moving down a tier.
Through our payment provider at checkout, in USD or EUR depending on the checkout configuration and your location. Applicable taxes such as VAT are added at checkout. Payment as a legal entity against an invoice is supported — the details come from your organisation details and can be edited before the invoice is issued.
From your account, at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access continues until then. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
